All our prices are wholesale prices, we are a wholesaler who offers 2 different types of accounts to suite your purchasing needs. The Exclusive Account is designed for customers who order a smaller amount of each bead and want wide variety - mix and match and still get a discount. If you find however you are ordering quantities in our 3rd and 4th price break, the Exclusive Account is not for you.

Please note to open a wholesale account, your first purchase needs to have a value of 125,00 Euros (without tax, should it apply) plus shipping. Following orders need to a minimum purchase of 75,00 Euros (without tax, should it apply) plus shipping.

Payment methods remain the same, payment in advance per credit card, direct debit, and wire transfer. COD, only within Germany.

Should you choose this account, please note, Free Shipping over 100.00 Euros or $150.00 no longer applies, and Sales discounts as well as the New Customer discounts (10%) are not valid with this account. Should we have a Stock Clearance Sale of course, all customers would be able to participate.

To place a wholesale account order, please choose as payment method Wire transfer/Bank transfer, and confirm your business details, you can also write in the order comments “Wholesale Order”. We will send you an Order Confirmation when you order has been processed, and appropriate discounts and shipping method applied.

Orders that have automatically received the normal product discounts, for example 10 or more beads, will be re-adjusted, and the proper discount applied. Orders that have received the automatic order discounts of 5% for 500 Euros, 10% for 1000.00 Euros will be readjusted and the proper discount applied.

Returns will only be accepted if the products you have received are truly defect or broken. A picture of the item in question must be provided, should a return be authorized by us, it needs to be sent back in the original packaging. If you are unhappy with you order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.

You can try out the Exclusive Account 1 time, should it not work for you you can change back to the Standard Account.

Should you choose not to open a wholesale account with us, the usual order volume discounts apply:

For orders over 500 Euros: 5%,
For orders over 1000 Euros: 10%,
For orders over 2000 Euros: 15%,
For orders over 5000 Euros: 20%,
For orders over 7500 Euros: 25%.

For our wholesale Swarovski customers with a VAT/Sales Tax license, we are offer a special price discount, for a full package of Swarovski products, which will not be listed on our website, however sent separately upon request. Orders for Swarovski products must be placed with Swarovski model number (5301) and Swarovski color number (001 AB). Delivery may be subject to Swarovski production/shipping. Swarovski beads, no returns will be accepted. Shipping and payment methods remain the same.
